3. These two many lessons were very beneficial and making my projects. The first one was a Scullton and this made me realize the figure of the body and how it bends. Then we did just your drawings which made me look at the whole body not just certain parts of the body. This help me by figuring out how to start a full body piece. You need to start by marking where all the different parts of the body are and just getting a basic outline. Then you can go in later and get really detailed and improve your work. The instruction giving with these two mini lessons helped me a lot with my full-size body Drawing. I feel like kids need to be taught to do these many lessons. It was a very hopeful and educational piece. 2. This was one of the best pieces I ever created my life. The theme of this scratchboard was movement. We had to create movement through a drawing. This project was a very long process for me. I started off by practicing with each of the certain tools. The brush type one was very good for stippling and the knife was best formaking precise lines. I started off with the knife by making the snowboard and the snowboarder. Then I made the ground that he was snowboarding on. Then the actual snow was next. This was very challenging to accomplish considering how much stippling needed. After that I decided on doing a couple trees and I love the way they turned out. They really brought the whole sketch together. this was a very challenging project. We had to do it on a large print paper. There were a lot of problems that I had to create solutions to do in the beginning of this project. Such as, the way I shaded the face and laid out the background.to start off the project I sketched out for different ideas for a zombie face. This one turned out to be the style I like the most with the eye and the mouth. Once I got that idea down it was pretty easy to lay out where everything was going to be. I focused on the facial features that I worked on the hair then neck then background. I challenged myself by taking on the risk of a bigger piece of paper and not being able to do facial features very well. But I got past that and I think the piece really turned out well.
